Can a PM be created with an asset attribute as a field?

When creating the PM the There's a procedure step that has an Attribute and Attribute descriptor id but after the work order is created it tells me the attribute is not available for the asset

Could you share the info on the max upload for images?

I would like to know if there is any size limit for document uploads or number of documents that can be uploaded in a WO create post request.
