Permissions Error When Trying to Retrieve

As part of the integration being requested, we need to retrieve documents associated with Work Orders, however, we noticed when retrieving the documents' URLs and trying to open them from Corrigo, the URLs are protected, and we can not access them.

It looks like we need credentials to download these documents and upload them our app's bucket. Are you able to provide guidance here?
