Permissions Error When Trying to Retrieve

As part of the integration being requested, we need to retrieve documents associated with Work Orders, however, we noticed when retrieving the documents' URLs and trying to open them from Corrigo, the URLs are protected, and we can not access them.

Can a PM be created with an asset attribute as a field?

When creating the PM the There's a procedure step that has an Attribute and Attribute descriptor id but after the work order is created it tells me the attribute is not available for the asset
