API for Corrigo Incidents

I wanted to see if there are any API calls for the Corrigo Incident module. Looking to see if you can write to a custom field in the Incident module through an API.

How is a ticket represented in Corrigo?

Can we get guidance on what endpoints should be used to get the information we need if we're tracking status changes and updates made to Tickets in Corrigo? We're not following how a "ticket" is represented in Corrigo. Any help would be appreciated 🙏
