Does Corrigo have some kind of message board so that customers and techs can check messages in a centralized location?

No "send" option for assigned work order

I assigned a WO to an outside service pro but it did not give me the usual option to "send". Now it is assigned to them but it is not sent, and in my upper right corner drop box, "SEND" is not an option. Why cant I send this work order?
