HTTP 403 Unauthorized on all API authentication attempts – Stage JLL KLA Tencor

Environment:

Environment: Stage JLL KLA Tencor
Base URL: https://stage-jll-klatencor.corrigo.com/corpnet
Client ID: ceapiclient.3.120.5486.0003
API User: wsdk_bi
Issue:
All POST requests to the authentication endpoint (/api/v2/user/token) are returning HTTP 403 Unauthorized. I have tried multiple payload formats (JSON, form-encoded), header combinations, and all known endpoint variants (/api/v1/, /api/v2/, /connect/token) — all return 403.

The host is reachable (main URL returns 200) and I am able to successfully call other external APIs from the same machine, so this is not a network or IP restriction issue on our end.

Request:
Could someone please advise:

Whether Client ID ceapiclient.3.120.5486.0003 needs any specific API access enabled
Whether user wsdk_bi requires additional permissions for API authentication
The correct token endpoint for this staging environment
Any known issues with the staging environment currently
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
