How to get `PROPERTY GROUPS` in the Profile by REST API?

Hi team,

I found there has the PROPERTY GROUPS in my Profile in the JLL portal page. any REST API can get that data? I tried all the entities APIs, but seems there is no such info in the response.

on the other hand, the PROPERTY GROUPS not only contains the location, but also contains the 'ID', like: GB2028, could you please explain what does the 'ID' mean? and how to get that?
