Hi Li,

We would like to check if there is an API capability in Corrigo to automatically send work orders to assigned Service Pros immediately after creation.

Could you please confirm whether this is supported via API and if any configuration or prerequisites are required?

Please find the attached screenshot showing a work order that is created and assigned to a Service Pro but remains unsent.

Please provide information on the above and let us know if any additional details are required from our end.
