Our Wells Fargo API developer needs help on how to resolve database version mismatch error

Kaushik (developer) was able to get the bearer token but for the wsdk url he is getting the following error.

Error Message - Company Database isn't accessible
Error Code - Database_Version_Mismatch

How does he resolve this error?
