I am extracting WO data based on last action date filter

Could you please answer below queries.

1. "Number": "CO2-BRFD00617",
   "TypeCategory": "Request"
   I could see category as two types mainly PMRM/Request
   Are there any other categories? if yes how can i retrieve?
2. There are many fields related to dates. But I want to particularly know about the date field which specify about the closure of order.
3. We are currently getting tenant code, and few details of building in task refinement field .
   I want to know the full address details like zone, floor numbers to where that work order gets related to
