Stage UK Engineering Services - Concern on what are Portfolios in a multi-tenanted environment and if the permissions setup on the Corrigo Enterprise are applicable to the underlying API user
Hi
We received the Corrigo Enterprise access for the Integral account and the API credentials for the Corrigo Staging environment.
The Integral team had requested that we validate the API responses and the Corrigo Enterprise environment as part of our testing, as it was mentioned it was a multi-tenanted instance.
The underlying API user has access only to the portfolios below:
JLL Services LTD - Banking Hubs
JLL Services LTD - Expedia
JLL Services LTD - Gartner UK Place
JLL U.S Bank
JLL4JLL
JLT (JPM)
JPM
JPM - 21 WS GP LTD
JPM - 44 Peter Street
JPM - Central House
JPM - Mandelbrot Holdings LTD
JPM 36 Park Row
JPM Real Estate
Above was the information provided by the Integral team that we had to validate and below are our observations.
We tested the Corrigo API's through the shared credentials and did take a look at the Corrigo Enterprise access and below were our observations:
[1] In Serve, we are currently retrieving work orders based on workzones. Could you please clarify what portfolios are and how they differ from workzones?
[2] Based on the provided API access, all workzones are being returned in the Corrigo API responses. However, we have not identified any differences when comparing the Integral setup to other Corrigo Enterprise instances.
[3] Could you help us understand how Integral is configured differently from other Corrigo instances?
[4] We would also like to confirm the expected behavior in Serve for a given Integral user when performing operations on work orders through the Corrigo Integration API's.
Could you please help us with the above queries as the Integral team representative ( Samantha Whang ) informed us to post these queries in the discussion forum to get some guidance on this.
Kindly assist us with the above and let us know if any additional information is needed from our end.
Thank you!
