Corrigo Integration – 4insite
Purpose: 4insite is the work order system used by our janitorial vendor SBM.

Our janitorial governance leads, would like to know if there is a way to automatically share attachments from Corrigo to 4insite, without having to click on create public link?

Also, we are having an issue in which work orders created within 4insite come over as type “request”, but the account would like to know if its possible to have it changed so that work orders generated from 4insite come over as “Corrective”, without affecting our global settings. The backstory is that most work orders generated in that system are things SBM finds during service, and those affect our KPI when they shouldn’t. So our call center goes in changes them to Corrective as they come in. Complicating matters, is the fact that there is a site in which the client puts in requests through 4insite and those are truly “requests”. Our call center has to manually go in and push those to Corrigo. Preferably, we would like to have the 4insite side have a pick list that would default the work type as “Corrective” but if our call center needs to generate a ticket in 4insite and push it to Corrigo they can change it to “request” before it comes to Corrigo. A big driver is that you cannot mass change work order types in Corrigo.
