Getting error calling /api/v1/cmd/GetCompanyWsdkUrlCommand

We are getting the following error when trying to call /api/v1/cmd/GetCompanyWsdkUrlCommand , please advise:

HTTPConnectionPool(host='am-apilocator.corrigo.com', port=80): Max retries exceeded with url: /api/v1/cmd/GetCompanyWsdkUrlCommand (Caused by NewConnectionError(': Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 111] Connection refused'))
