Which post payload is correct to create a work order

Hello, I am working to help automate the creation of work orders when an IoT monitoring server determines that a piece of equipment needs service.

I am able to create the web services user and generate the oath key.

Now my question is which payload from here is the correct one to generate the work order.

And what information can or should I include?
I think that the following information needs to be sent.

customer

location

assetid

failure reason IE: Freezer temp is to high at 5F for 30 minutes. Upper limit is 0F.
