Need to return WorkZones based on Employee and then Update WorkZones

We are creating an integration layer between our HR client and Corrigo to provide real time updates to our Employees Locations. I am looking to link our Employee's (UserId) to a WorkZone. I know there is a boolean that controls Access to All WorkZones, that is not what I am interested in. Wondering if you could provide me an example of how to drill into an Employee's WorkZone?

When I create a POST query against LinkUserAndWorkZone, the response is '{"Entities": []}'
