WO deletion of billing lines is the event to push to ABM is happening

WO deletion of billing lines is the event to push WO to ABM is happening?

1256100003 - prod work order, lets say this one has initially billing line with wrong bill to contact information sent to ABM
after the user corrected the bill to contact name in line with oracle information. then
- Does the info about WO billing lines that are deleted also be added to the WO information when i try to fetch?
- When i delete the billing lines in the UI ( corrigo ), can i get the event fired and the message is passed to the ABM queue?

The invoice is in billed status, I don't think we are able to modify this invoice.
- If the invoice is in draft status, when you modify the invoice, it should be able to get the corrected invoice information.
- Delete invoice line items will not trigger the event sent to ABM endpoint, please check your existing event notification scope
