Question about the LastActionDate field in the Workzone Endpoint.

We are trying to capture updates from the Workzone Endpoint and define a column for Delta tracking. Is there a column that gets updated every time a change occurs in a Workorder?
We were using LastActionDate, but we noticed that when the value of the Priority.DisplayAs property changed, the LastActionDate column was not updated.
Could you please confirm if this behavior is expected, or if there is another column we should be using for tracking changes?
