WorkOrder values is null and report Performance section option table?

WorkOrder DtOnsiteBy is null for all records. Is this value stored in another table? I am interested in the original value since the DtDue value can change overtime.

In the report there is a Performance section with Is OverDue? and Is Late? are those vaules stored in a table?
