Corrigo Qb not sending updates via SNOW-Corrigo integration

Hi!

We have a SNOW-Corrigo integration and are making enhancements on the Corrigo side that we were meant to UAT/test last week. The updates from SNOW Qb to Corrigo Stage (link: https://stage-jll-blackstone.corrigo.com/corpnet/workorder/workorderlist.aspx) are functional, However none of the updates from Corrigo to SNOW are working currently:
• Work orders initiated in Corrigo are not flowing back to SNOW
• Notes added from Corrigo are not flowing back to SNOW
• Status changes are not flowing back to SNOW.

Test WOs in Corrigo Qb: HK000774, UK3000893, UK3000894

There is an issue with the Connection from Corrigo Sage to SNOW Qb - may you help us get this resolved?
