Due By Modifed action records the From/To date time in the Comment. Although this seems to be a system generated text, it has multiple variants -- language and date formats.

What is the driver for what format appears in this comment? We need the from and to values in a consistent mdy date format. Any values 1-12 present ambiguity between mdy and dmy formats.
